Trade jobs are in demand (and for good reason). It's my understanding that for every five tradespeople retiring, only two come in. What's going to keep this industry moving forward isn't more talk… It's more of that "can do" attitude showing up every single day—paired with systems that actually make the job easier, safer, and faster.
(More on that next week at the NAHB International Builders' Show.)
Ultimately, this is about the people.
The men and women who get up at the crack of dawn, strap on a tool belt and a hard hat, and just get it done—no excuses, no spotlight, just work.
Guys like my colleague Kameron Kelly. When I took this image, it was after 4:00 PM. He'd been on site since 6:30 AM—and we still didn't leave for another hour. Same pace. Same focus. Same professionalism.
Grateful for you, Kameron—and for everyone out there building the world the rest of us live in. I'm also proud to work for a company that's investing in creating better systems to support the field. 👷♂️🛠️
