A handwritten note still means something.
This week, I received a thank-you card tied to some of the work we did with our safety team, and it was a good reminder that the small things still matter.
At UFP, handwritten notes are a pretty standard practice. It's simple, maybe a little old school, but it makes a huge impact. In a world full of emails, texts, and instant messages, taking the time to write a note feels different because it is different.
It's personal.
It's intentional.
It shows appreciation in a way that sticks. ✍️
Recognition does not always have to be big or public for that matter. Sometimes a few handwritten words can say more than a long meeting or a polished presentation ever could.
That card was a reminder for me this week: never underestimate the power of a genuine thank-you.
This weekend, take a few minutes to write the note. It may mean more than you know. 📬
